Before you pay your order please confirm your "Shipping Address" 

Back Stage* cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your Order. If you complete your Order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact Back Stage* immediately.


1.) How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


2.)When Will My Purchase be shipped ?
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3-7 working days.


3.) If ordered item not in stock?

Generally all products are offered in long term, usually takes 7-10 days to re-stock if particular item is not available.
If product is no longer available, a notification email will be sent.


4.)Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Paypal will calculate and show you the postage costs on your order before you pay.


5.) What shipping options do you offer?

International :   Hong Kong Post Registered Mail ,with a tracking number provided and delivery signature services.7-14 working days will arrive.

6.) How much is postage?

Clothing - $14 -$18 / Pieces

Jewellery - $8 -$12 / Pieces

The above prices represent individual orders, multiple items will result in a reduced rate per item overall, this is calculated on checkout before you pay. Currency is above us in USD.


7.) How long will my order take to arrive?

We're based in Hong Kong 

International orders within a 7-20 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

P.S Once Back Stage has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss or damages for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties, Back Stage is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or any delays due to customs.


8.) Will I get a confirmation mail for my order?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with about 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.


9.) Details of upgrading postage to express mail.

Express mail costs approximately $30-50 depening on weight of the item. It is fully tracable and will be arrived in 2-5days once it's shipped.
If you need your order to be upgraded to express mail please let me know via email.


10.) What is your return policy?

We takes every reasonable effort to ensure every item is thoroughly checked and rendered free of defects before shipping. Proper packaging will also be in place to minimise any possible damage during the shipping process. For jewellery, there are bubble wrapping envelope or boxes as packaging involved.

We also pride ourselves in providing product pictures and detailed descriptions that represent each and every product's truest details.

Due to the abovementioned, We does not entertain any form of refunds or exchanges, unless an incorrect order was received, or a product was grossly misrepresented. In the event of that, please email us at backstagesale@gmail.com and we will advise you on further action.

In the event the item that was originally purchased is out of stock, We will credit the amount back to your original mode of payment. We also does not entertain cancellation of orders once payment has been made.
